If you’re looking for a mid-sized HDTV to serve as the hub of a home entertainment center, the Sharp LC-32D47UT 32″ 720p AQUOS LCD TV is an ideal choice that combines outstanding performance with numerous connectivity options.

The 32″ LCD panel delivers excellent images at 720p resolution, with low glare, high contrast, and high brightness. This means you’ll enjoy a detailed picture even in bright light. The Sharp’s wide viewing angle also means you’ll see a crisp image from nearly any seat.

The set’s built-in ATSC/QAM/NTSC tuners can receive virtually all available digital, HDTV, and analog signals, enabling convenient access to all of your favorite broadcast and cable programs.

As the heart of a home entertainment center, the LC-32D47UT makes it easy to connect all of your equipment, such as a DVD player, camcorder, digital camera, or game system. The Sharp AQUOS includes a full range of inputs and outputs, enabling you to switch easily from one device to another.

For reception of uncompressed digital signals, there are three HDMI inputs, which accept both video and audio on a single cable. Two component video inputs let you enjoy high-quality video from devices without an HDMI connection. In addition, the HDTV’s PC input makes it possible to enjoy the contents of your PC on the Sharp’s high-definition screen.

The LC-32D47UT features a black cabinet and comes with a removable table stand, giving you the option of mounting the HDTV on a wall in your den or living room.

I have had this TV for a bit over a month now. The only negative I can find is the sound quality. It is a little weak but no more than others in this size.
