Nokia E72
The Nokia E72 is a QWERTY-based multimedia smartphone released as a successor to the original E71. It adds along optical scrolling, an enhanced 5MP camera, and Nokia Messaging with a lifetime license for instant messaging with Yahoo, Google, and others. Additionally, the E72 offers HSDPA data transfer rates up to 10.2 Mbps. Its functions are numerous, as it can record both audio/video content, playback both audio/video content, access Internet-based email accounts, and access the web as it’s intended to look. Included with the phone is a 4GB microSD card, with potential expansion up to 16GB. Additional features include an easily accessible headphone jack, GPS with Ovi Maps, and WiFi connectivity.
The new Nokia E72 builds on successful formula of delivering more to the users with its slim and accurate design. This latest phone of Nokia was unveiled at the Nokia Connection, an event held in Singapore. E72 phone is best fitted for the users who are interested in faster response with their handsets.
The Nokia E72 runs on S60 3.2 OS and features a 5-megapixel camera, 250MB disk space that can be expanded into 16GB, a full QWERTY keypad with intuitive optical direction pad, 2.36-inch TFT screen with 320 x 240 resolution, microUSB connector, and HSPA connectivity with speeds up to 10.2Mbps on download and 2Mbps on upload.
Its mega-pixels camera of intensity 5 units provides much better quality of images & videos. Almost all the upcoming high-end phones of Nokia come with 5 mega-pixels camera. It means that this phone is an upgraded version of its predecessor, E71. A standard audio jack of 3.5mm is another feature which user can use it for getting high quality music experience.
This handset is incorporated with all the business applications including Quickoffice, which supports MSOffice 2007 compatibility. A-GPS support & compass features are another two important specifications which might be useful for its user.
