Toshiba introduces its take on the ultrathin portable with Toshiba Satellite T135 series, which they claim has a “perfect balance” of performance and battery life with its eco-friendly engineering and power saving options. This ultraslim may be smaller in size compared to traditional laptops–with its 13.3-inch widescreen LED backlit display, 3.9 pounds of weight, and measuring less than an inch thick-this portable computer packs an Intel Pentium SU2700 processor, 3GB DDR3 memory, Intel 4500M graphic chipset, Windows 7 Home Premium, built-in webcam and microphone, and 250GB hard disk drive.
It also comes in a gorgeous Fusion Finish, with your choice of Nova Black, Red, or White covers, while its USB Sleep-and-Charge ability enables this ultra thin portable to charge-up your USB gadgets even while it is asleep. The Toshiba Satellite T135 also contains a built-in hard drive impact sensor, which keeps your precious data safe in case of an accidental fall.
One of the main highlights of the Toshiba Satellite T135-S1307 besides it stylish design, would have to be its amazing battery life. This model can last up to 9 1/2 hours on a single charge, thanks to its energy-efficient system. That’s very impressive by any 13-inch laptop standards. Its powerful specs also make it a very competent computing platform, whether for work or play. Unlike many other ultra-portable laptops that cost a fortune (such as the MacBook Air), the Toshiba Satellite T135-S1307 is very affordable. Currently, it retails at just around $629 each, a great price for a powerful, ultra-portable and stylish laptop.

Great site! I am loving it!! just book mark it so I can check back when I’ve got more time, Thanks.
I have enjoyed your blog, thank you,
Your blog is so informative ? keep up the good work!!!! Dream
I have to agree with what almost everyone else is saying in that this unit is great for what it is. Yes you have to adapt to the smaller screen and touch pad but for what it is it works very well.
The screen looks good, keyboard is nice, and the battery life is excellent. You don’t have to void the warranty and gut the whole thing to upgrade the memory but you do if want to upgrade the hard drive so that is something to take into consideration. I don’t see any problems with the screen on my unit that was purchased here on 12/31.
Samsung even includes recovery discs in the box. Right off the bat I started the system up to see what was on it. Then I used a USB DVD drive and the included OS disc to delete the recovery partition and reinstall just the OS. Then I used the included application disc and it let me install just the couple utilities that I wanted without all the other stuff, nice.
My only real complaints would be that the case it comes with is only slightly useful because it won’t protect from impacts and the flap doesn’t have a fastener. The other thing is that when a SD card is inserted it is not flush with the body of the laptop. It sticks out a little bit but is tolerable.
Good informations, keep up the good work.
Bought this for my girlfriend and she loves it. We were both skeptical because we felt like Acer was kind of a “brand X” vs. HP, Dell, Samsung… but the reviews on Amazon were key to us giving it a try… and as usual the reviews didn’t lie. She loves the way you can use your camera flash card in the computer and istantly share/see pictures. No dealing with chords and such.
